Peace of Mind,
For You and Your Family

As a Massachusetts-licensed social worker, I provide compassionate support to individuals and families facing challenges and concerns primarily but not limited in Japanese. Consultations are free of charge, and while my services are primarily focused on Massachusetts, please feel free to reach out anytime.

Areas of Support

Through one-on-one conversations, I listen carefully and, when needed, coordinate with related organizations to address a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Financial difficulties
  • Issues related to aging and elder care
  • Family and relationship challenges
  • Mental health concerns
  • Medical care, healthcare costs, and health insurance in Massachusetts
  • Translation of government related documents
  • Other everyday life challenges and resource connections

How Consultations Work

I meet with clients via phone, Zoom, or in-person appointments, depending on your preference.
Together, we create a support plan tailored to your background and situation, making use of public programs and community resources as needed to work toward concrete solutions.

My Approach

With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I prioritize your wishes and values, walking alongside you with the belief that we will “think together and overcome challenges together.”

Consultations are free. If direct support involves costs, I will provide an estimate in advance. In most cases, only actual expenses (e.g., transportation or parking fees) will apply.

All consultations are strictly confidential and adhere to both professional social work ethics and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Email and Zoom communications are fully HIPAA-compliant and encrypted to protect your information.

Together, let’s work to overcome the challenges of living in Massachusetts.
